Job Description
We are looking for a sales operations manager to join the sales team that is responsible for analyzing and improving our GTM strategy. Reporting to the Director of Revenue Operations, this role will primarily support the Sales team on both day-to-day operations as well as quarter/annual programs and projects.
Working backwards from KPIs such as revenue, pipeline and activities, you will influence existing and future plans and playbooks with your data analysis, insights, and visualization to deliver strategic recommendations on our sales motions and improvements. You will bring these recommendations to life by collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders such as enablement and marketing, and by project managing new initiatives and programs. You will also ensure day to day operations are running smoothly, producing weekly activity and pipeline reports and derive insights for the sales managers and reps. You will help standardize best practices, working with the reps and managers to ensure adoption. Success will mean thoroughly executing your plans, and your impact will be measured on improvement of the sales team productivity.
We’re looking for a data & process-driven individual who has extraordinary attention to detail and a track record of analytical problem-solving. You are confident and humble at the same time; proactive and action oriented; you are a bit of a data nerd and relish the chance to work with leaders from across the business. You are interested in business strategy and making an impact -- your work will be crucial in our ability to position for sustainable growth.

Maintain the reporting infrastructure of the GTM team up to date and aligned with the rest of the organization, including performance and productivity metric dashboards, funnel reports and other KPIs.
Support the Director of Sales Operations through the annual planning cycle with analysis and insights.
Own the execution of key cross-functional initiatives – design solutions, manage timelines, partner on key decisions, issues, implementation, adoption and documentation.
Organize pipeline generation tactical playbooks and events, such as Demand Generation Days, and drive new initiatives to accelerate pipeline generation and streamline account executive prospecting activities.
Contribute to sales playbook with templates and other training materials in partnership with sales enablement and sales managers
