Combining these roles requires versatility, as the individual would need to switch between the proactive, customer-facing tasks of an SDR and the more analytical, process-oriented tasks of a Sales Operations specialist. It could be a good fit for someone who enjoys a varied role and has the ability to adapt quickly to different responsibilities.

This role is hybrid, based out of Santa Clara, CA.

Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting and lead generation: Identifying and qualifying potential leads through outbound outreach, inbound inquiries, and targeted campaigns.
  • Sales process optimization: Analyzing sales processes, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing improvements to streamline workflows and increase efficiency.
  • Data management and analysis: Managing sales data, including leads, opportunities, and customer information, and leveraging analytics to provide insights for decision-making.
  • Sales support: Providing assistance to the sales team with tasks such as CRM management, pipeline management, and territory planning.
  • Reporting and forecasting: Generating reports on sales performance, forecasting future sales trends, and providing recommendations for achieving sales targets.

Experience & Qualifications:

  • Strong communication skills: Ability to effectively communicate with both internal teams and external prospects.
  • Analytical skills: Proficiency in analyzing sales data and extracting actionable insights.
  • Organizational skills: Capability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
  • Sales acumen: Understanding of sales processes and the ability to identify potential opportunities.
  • Technical proficiency: Familiarity with CRM systems and other sales tools, as well as basic data analysis tools.

Compensation for all engineers at Tenstorrent ranges from $100k - $500k including base and variable compensation targets. Experience, skills, education, background and location all impact the actual offer made.
