Tenstorrent is looking for a Senior Power Engineer to deliver power efficient SOCs for our family of CPU and AI products.
This role is hybrid, based out of Santa Clara, CA, Austin, TX or Ft. Collins, CO.

Responsibilities:
- Power analysis throughout the entire product lifecycle, beginning with preliminary estimations in the early design stages, progressing through final tape out, and extending support into post-silicon power optimization efforts.
- Establish and implement comprehensive power methodologies for the design, verification, and implementation of advanced deep submicron SOCs
- Conceive and execute innovative power reduction strategies, spanning from circuit-level optimizations to system-wide enhancements.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including architects, micro-architects , and physical design experts to formulate precise power specifications and budgeting.
- Ownership of power analysis processes, overseeing assessments at both individual block and full-chip levels and support tools such as Power artist and Prime Power
Experience & Qualifications
- BS/MS/PhD with 5-7 plus years experience
- Prior experience in a similar role as Power Engineer or Architect preferred
- Hands-on experience with synthesis, block PnR runs
- Experience in Power estimation, SOC Power budgeting and rollup
