Position Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Marketing Operations Manager to play a pivotal role in driving the success of our Safer Roads services. As a Marketing Operations Manager for Safer Roads, you will be involved with event planning and execution, as well as relevant content creation and social media promotion. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to gain insight and feedback, assuring our marketing plan is consistently reaching out to and addressing effectively the current available market for Safer Roads.

Position responsibilities:

• Coordinate events and logistics for Safer Roads conferences, speaking engagements, and other events

• Deploy and coordinate new offers locally and monitor/ promote existing offers

• Assist with the development of Marketing and Sales enablement materials, including content, collateral, case studies, and white papers

• Lead actions to increase qualified leads, conversions, and retentions in line with Marketing and Sales goals

• Steer current activities through on-going analysis (customer segmentation, KPI review, and market trends)

• Share Safer Roads market data and insights, providing corrective action solutions as necessary

• Provide support for ad-hoc regional or worldwide projects

• Analyze and propose potential event or general marketing opportunities

• Event management and coordination

• Presentation and abstract preparation

• Content creation for articles and social media

• Experience with HubSpot as a CRM

What you probably don’t know about, but will learn here (it’s great if you already

know and like these things, though!):

• LinkedIn ad creation and tracking
