What you'll do

  • Rivelin Robotics is gearing up for exciting growth! We're expanding to a new, significantly larger facility to accommodate our booming robotics business. To support this growth, we're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an AdminOps Specialist.
  • In this critical role, you'll be the backbone of efficient operations, ensuring all administrative tasks run smoothly. Your responsibilities will encompass a range of areas, including user provisioning and access management, vendor management, procurement, and data management. You'll also play a key role in streamlining internal processes and optimising workflows to enhance overall operational efficiency.
  • This position offers a dynamic environment where you'll collaborate closely with various departments – from engineering and sales to marketing and finance. You'll have the opportunity to contribute directly to Rivelin Robotics' success as we scale our operations and revolutionize the robotics industry..
  • Manage user provisioning and access control systems.
  • Oversee vendor relationships and procurement processes.
  • Streamline internal processes and optimise workflows.
  • Manage data efficiently and ensure data integrity, with a particular focus on robot test data.
  • Provide administrative support to various departments.

  • Highly organised and detail-oriented individual with a strong work ethic.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across departments.
  • Experience with administrative software and data management tools.
  • Ability to prioritise multiple tasks and meet deadlines efficiently.
