QphoX is looking for an Innovation Manager/Specialist to join us in developing and building our quantum network interfaces. To achieve our mission, we are looking for enthusiastic candidates with scientific skills and a broad perspective on quantum technologies.

Joining a dynamic team with a rich diversity of technical expertise, backgrounds and nationalities, you'll be at the forefront of developing the next generation of devices and applications that help quantum computing reach practical applicability.

You will work wih our established team of design, fabrication and device scientists and engineers, helping them to realise the full potential of their work. You will help establish and protect the output of our R&D efforts, develop our roadmaps, feedback on results and chart new paths forward for acquiring funding and establishing connections with external parties.

You will be involved in:

• Sourcing, establishing, scoping, executing and reporting on collaborations and projects to advance our technology
• Monitoring IP developments in the technical team and initiating the construction of new IP
• Guiding the technical development roadmap towards increased customer value
• Analysing and synthesising results to determine the next steps to drive the R&D cycle forward

Skills and knowledge you will bring to QphoX:

• Experience with complex R&D projects containing both fabrication and laboratory work
• Specific domain experience in the field of nanofabricated quantum technologies
• Strong organizational and writing skills
• Keen understanding of R&D development cycles
• The ability to rapidly comprehend external requirements and
• Experience with running collaborative projects with multiple stakeholders
