ROLE:

We are looking for talented Field Machine Learning Engineers to pioneer our next wave of AI-driven solutions. In this role, you will focus on deploying, monitoring, and maintaining machine learning models and image gathering hardware directly in operational environments, specifically within the realms of industrial manufacturing.

Working directly with our Engineering team, you will refine models based on real-time data and customer feedback, ensuring optimal performance and scalability. Your expertise will directly influence the continuous improvement and deployment of our AI Brains in field settings.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR?

• Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
• 3+ years of experience in deploying machine learning models in field environments, preferably within manufacturing and/or automotive sectors.
• Programming skills in Python and familiarity with cloud-based and edge computing environments.
• Proficient in machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Experience with real-time system monitoring and model performance tuning.
• Independent work style coupled with the ability to communicate complex data and methods effectively across different teams.
• Working knowledge within AWS, GCP & Azure cloud environments.
• Willingness to drive and work at various client locations as needed.
• Bonus: Familiarity with few shot learning and transfer learning techniques as well as model optimization.
