ABOUT US:

We are an AI-focused Series A startup led by experienced entrepreneurs and supported by leading VC investors. We are building brain-inspired intelligent systems that help manufacturers modernize their defect detection processes. Our proprietary Vision AI technology can create custom AI models using only a few training images.

Applicants for this role ideally already reside somewhere in the Detroit metro region.

ROLE:

As the Director of Customer Success – Midwest Region, you will play a critical role in shaping and executing the customer success strategies across your designated region. This position is responsible for ensuring our clients achieve their desired outcomes effectively using our AI solutions.

You will serve as the engagement manager and first line of contact for our strategic manufacturing clients and work closely with our clients’ executive teams.

You will also work with client organizations to identify new AI use cases based on their manufacturing and parts defect detection criteria.

Your primary responsibility will be to enhance customer satisfaction, maximize retention, and expand our user base through high-quality service and relationship management. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to align customer strategies and regional insights.

This position reports directly to VP Customer Success – North America.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR?

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering.
  • 5+ years of experience in an automotive manufacturing or Tier 1 supplier environment.
  • Proven track record in deploying state-of-the-art software solutions to automotive or Tier 1 suppliers dealing with manufacturing efficiency improvement, specifically in parts manufacturing.
  • Strong communication and written skills in preparing proposals and statements of work that clearly articulate use case requirements and our AI solutions roadmap.
  • Analytical skills to track and present performance metrics before and after a solution’s deployment
  • Bonus: Experience with deploying AI or machine learning software solutions to clients’ manufacturing environment.
