Enersion is a startup on a mission to cut refrigerants from the atmosphere, reduce reliance on the world's energy grids, and improve the efficiency of today's HVAC systems. 🚀 + ♻ = 🌏 + 🕶 What do we do? Our solution provides refrigerant-free heating and cooling to commercial and industrial sites using a fraction of the energy of traditional HVAC systems. How does it work? The expensive and energy-intensive part of HVAC systems is the compressor and refrigerants. We have developed and patented an adsorption chiller that utilizes nano-porous material to convert waste heat directly into cooling, without the need for electrically-driven compressors or synthetic refrigerants—regulating building temperature in a more efficient and environmentally-friendly way. We wanted to make this tech as easy to adopt as possible, so we've also figured out how to integrate our chiller with on-site power generation systems, photovoltaic-thermal panels, and natural gas/biogas cogeneration units to capture the wasted heat during power generation. When paired with hybrid solar panels or steam, we can help our customers reduce their reliance on grid energy and build resiliency in their energy systems. And for facilities leaders, we hope this makes the implementation process a lot less complicated. What about results?
