We are looking for a Software Engineer with experience in leading project teams in the technical design, development, implementation, and maintenance of cost-effective web technology solutions and services. As a Software Engineer, you will provide systems development, programming, and consulting expertise to clients related to the use of open-source web technology solutions using agile development methodology.

The successful candidate will have advanced knowledge of the open source and common web technologies such as .NET MVC, OpenAPI, HTML, CSS, modern JavaScript frameworks, and other emerging web technologies and cloud delivery/deployment models. They should also possess advanced knowledge of theory and principles of systems design and development, programming concepts and languages, and related methods, techniques, practices, and standards.

The candidate should be able to assess client's information/systems needs and lead the development of information and cost-effective technology solutions. They should be able to lead discussions of systems development options and technical processes and explain alternate solutions to clients and project teams. The ideal candidate should have effective consultation, interpersonal, and team player skills.

The Software Engineer should coordinate the development of technical project plans, control project processes, and provide technical leadership to project staff and external contractors. They should have at least 10 years of experience with developing/supporting enterprise applications and knowledge and experience with working with ITIL and ITSM solutions.

The ideal candidate will be able to coordinate/conduct technical training for staff and users and have the ability to interpret and apply administrative policies and directives.
