Why this role?
In this role, you will directly support the Revenue org and Senior Leadership on an array of strategic and tactical topics including: sales territory design, account scoring/modeling, forecasting, sales performance analysis, weekly executive meetings, and the bi-annual planning process.
As a Senior Revenue Operations Analyst, you will:
- Partner with sales and GTM leadership to build the analytics strategy and roadmap and use it to uplevel dashboarding and reporting to drive better decision-making
- Collaborate cross-functionally to enable the Revenue team to be able to see a 360 degree view of the customer in the CRM, including product usage, customer engagement (support tickets, sales emails, marketing campaigns, attribution) and contract data to drive revenue growth and improve sales productivity
- Optimize funnel performance and maximize ROI of sales & customer success efforts, using analytics
- Create and maintain sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and performance dashboardsAnalyze market data, customer segmentation, and sales performance metrics to define territory assignments and sales quotas
- Provide regular reports, data visualizations and insights to senior management regarding sales performance and trend
- Manage urgent ad hoc data analysis / QA support requests
You may be a good fit if you have:
- 5+ years of experience in sales operations or a related role
- Strong working knowledge of Salesforce and its capabilities
- 3+ years of big data experience: using BI tools such as Looker and/or writing complex yet efficient SQL is a daily habit for you
- Experience getting their hands dirty with ETL and familiar with popular data warehouses (BigQuery, Snowflake, etc)
- Excellent communication skills with senior management audiences- explain “what it is”, “why it matters” and “what should we do” in terms of your data and analysis; deliver customer-oriented KPIs, dashboards, and runbooks in order to ensure alignment with those audiences
