Location: Toronto, Canada / In Person

Job Type: Full-Time

Experience: Sr. (5+ years, BUT always open to exceptionally talented and hungry juniors)

Role: You'll be part of a fast-paced environment and work on products that reach millions of users worldwide. You'll contribute with your exceptional UI, UX, and visual design skills to both design new features and conceptualize new products. The role is best suited for someone passionate about consumer products and AI, who can operate well in ambiguous situations, and favours speedy action over extensive planning.

🛠️ What You’ll Do

  • Design and develop exceptional user interfaces, we primarily work out of Figma.
  • Work closely with our Product & Engineering teams to understand requirements and propose solutions
  • Move quickly in design exploration and prototyping, prioritizing execution over research
  • Listen to and learn from our users to continuously improve our product
  • Use data as well as gut instincts to make informed design decisions

👀 What We’re Looking For

Skills & Experience:

  • 3-5 years of professional experience as a Product Designer is ideal. We understand that sometimes talent is not determined by time, if you believe you’re exceptional but don’t meet this requirement then apply anyway!
  • Previous design experience at a product-driven company or startup. Having designed consumer products in the past is nice to have, but someone with a high bar for design who can learn fast is great too.
  • Exceptional skills in UI, UX, or visual design. Familiar with designing products using Figma.

  • Passionate about building consumer products and interested in Generative AI
  • Ability to operate with lots of ambiguity; you have a bias to action because you know that’s the best way to learn. You are someone who takes initiative and dislikes process (because we have very little).
  • You’re focused on getting stuff done, hungry to grow, and impatient to get the .
  • Self-starter mindset and strong collaboration skills
  • An appreciation for others' feedback to help you improve in your role, the way you work, and how you work together as a team.
  • You know what data to ask for and how to get it, but you also know when to trust gut instincts.
