- Understands how to drive expansion, retention, and revenue at scale
- Will help shape the next phase of our journey
- Own Customer Relationships: Build trust and become a strategic partner for U.S. clients.
- Drive Retention & Expansion:
- → Proactively manage renewals and upsells
- → Identify growth moments and contribute directly to revenue targets
- Scale Customer Operations:
- → Build systems, playbooks, and automations
- → Support hundreds (soon thousands) of centers efficiently and personally
- Onboard with Impact:
- → Train school staff, ensure smooth adoption, and accelerate time-to-value
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally:
- → Be the voice of the customer with product, marketing, and support
- Analyze & Optimize:
- → Track success metrics, churn risks, and revenue opportunities
- → Own your results
- Support GTM Growth:
- → Work with founders and sales to scale SaaS processes and support customer expansion
- 4+ years in SaaS (EdTech a plus), with a strong sales mindset
- Experienced in scaling post-sale operations in a growing SaaS business
- A strategic relationship builder who aligns customer goals with business outcomes
- A clear communicator, great with non-technical users
- Data-oriented — love dashboards and customer health metrics
- Tech-savvy — familiar with CRMs, analytics, and automation tools
- Comfortable wearing multiple hats in a small, fast-moving team
- Bonus: Sales experience, SQL, experience supporting U.S. clients remotely
