Our flagship products include:

• FetchDx® mail-in diagnostic kits for cytology, urinalysis, fecal testing, and culture & sensitivity
• Otter®, a patented point-of-care device that identifies pathogens like Pseudomonas in 1–2 minutes (vs. 2–4 days with traditional culture methods)

QSM technology is distributed nationally through leading animal health distributors and is already used by veterinary clinics across the U.S. We have a signed sales agreement with a major industry player and are entering our final growth stage.

We are seeking practicing or experienced DVMs to join as Veterinary Advisors and help ensure our diagnostic products:

• Integrate seamlessly into real clinical workflows
• Improve speed and accuracy of infection identification
• Increase revenue per visit while reducing friction for clinics
• Improve outcomes for pets and peace of mind for pet parents

Role Overview

As a Veterinary Advisor, you will:

• Provide feedback on clinical usability of FetchDx® and Otter®
• Advise on diagnostic workflows (ear infections, UTIs, parasites, cytology)
• Help refine training and education materials for clinics
• Share insights on how purchasing decisions are made within practices
• Potentially introduce strategic veterinary groups or corporate networks

Ideal Background

• DVM with 10+ years of clinical experience
• Experience in small animal practice (ear infections, UTI, cytology workflows)
• Familiarity with reference lab workflows
• Interest in innovation and diagnostic efficiency
• Experience in multi-location or corporate veterinary groups is a plus
