Each member of our team embodies our core values of: Confidence, Community, Contribution, Luxury and Health & Wellness.Duties and Responsibilities:Grant and Opportunities Management- Develop and submit applications for grants, awards, events, and articles requiring detailed company information.- Prepare and provide comprehensive company data, including founders’ bios, vision, mission, sales metrics, funding status, strategic plans, forecasts, and required assets.- Oversee the Idea Fund application process, ensuring all deadlines are met, and product development progresses on schedule and within budget constraints.- Manage and maintain the relationship with Pocketed Grants, identifying and leveraging new opportunities as they arise.- Track and organize all grant and opportunity timelines, ensuring timely submission and adherence to application requirements.- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather necessary information and assets for successful applications.Metrics and Analytics- Tracking sales, metrics, and KPIs month over month- Analyzing ambassador discount-driven sales and calculating payouts- Manage event attributions by tracking and analyzing sales and expenses, ensuring accurate reporting and alignment with event budgets and performance goals.Influencer and Collaborations Management- Oversee influencer and ambassador management, including contacting influencers, coordinating product gifting (e.g., free slippers), and fostering ongoing relationships.- Collaborate with influencers on campaigns, giveaways, and content creation, ensuring alignment with brand goals and messaging.- Develop and maintain training materials for influencers and ambassadors, providing clear guidelines and best practices for collaboration.- Manage affiliate platforms such as LTK, Share-a-Sale, and Shopify Collabs, while creating and optimizing ambassador programs to drive brand awareness and sales.- Organize PR materials, identify organic PR opportunities (e.g., gifting slippers in exchange for exposure), and build relationships with authors and subject matter experts (SMEs) for potential collaborations.Event Logistics and Management- Oversee the full event lifecycle, including applying for events, sourcing brand ambassadors, or coordinating recruitment through agencies.- Plan and manage event logistics, sending reminders, and sharing details with all stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.- Attend and manage events on-site as needed, ensuring all aspects run according to plan and brand standards.- Create and prepare marketing assets for events, such as gift certificates, thank-you cards, and signage.- Manage event-related discount codes and gift certificate redemption to support promotional activities and track performanceSkills Required:- Knowledgeable of the e-commerce space including marketing strategies, consumer research, industry trends and best practices- Previous experience with social media marketing is a must- Strong leadership skills and an entrepreneurial spirit- Strong organization skills- Strong creativity and design skills- Advanced knowledge in google drive, Microsoft work, excel and powerpoint- Previous experience in a fast-paced, e-commerce business is considered an assetOther Requirements:- Enrolled in a full or part-time program at a Canadian accredited post-secondary institution, during the work placement period- A Canadian citizen, permanent resident, or have official refugee status (International student or students with work permits are ineligible).- This is a hybrid position with in person work days once a week in Toronto. Must have access to wifi, their own computer and smartphone- Must be available 10 am - 4 pm Monday - Friday with flexible hours outside of those to manage social media and urgent requests- This position requires someone who is a strong self starter and learns quicklyMINDSET AND CULTURE FIT- Entrepreneurial spirit with strong initiative and leadership potential- Proactive, solutions-oriented, and eager to learn through hands-on execution.
