Each member of our team embodies our core values of: Confidence, Community, Contribution, Luxury and Health & Wellness.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESGrant and Opportunities Management: Develop and submit applications (grants, awards, events, articles); prepare company data (founders’ bios, vision, mission, sales metrics, funding status, strategic plans, forecasts, assets); oversee Idea Fund application; manage relationship with Pocketed Grants; track and organize timelines; collaborate with stakeholders.Metrics and Analytics: Track sales, metrics, and KPIs month over month; analyze ambassador discount-driven sales and calculate payouts; manage event attributions (sales/expenses) with accurate reporting.Influencer and Collaborations Management: Manage influencers/ambassadors (outreach, gifting, relationships); collaborate on campaigns, giveaways, content; maintain training materials; manage affiliate platforms (LTK, Share-a-Sale, Shopify Collabs) and ambassador programs; organize PR materials, identify organic PR opportunities, build SME relationships.Event Logistics and Management: Oversee full event lifecycle (applications, ambassadors, agency coordination); plan/manage logistics, reminders, stakeholder comms; attend/manage events on-site; create marketing assets (gift certificates, thank-you cards, signage); manage discount codes and gift certificate redemption.SKILLS REQUIREDKnowledge of e-commerce marketing strategies, consumer research, trends, best practices; social media marketing experience; strong leadership and entrepreneurial spirit; strong organization, creativity and design skills; advanced knowledge in Google Drive, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint; experience in a fast-paced e-commerce business is an asset.OTHER REQUIREMENTS- Enrolled in a full or part-time program at a Canadian accredited post-secondary institution during the work placement period- A Canadian citizen, permanent resident, or have official refugee status (International students or students with work permits are ineligible)- Hybrid role with in-person work once a week in Toronto; must have Wi‑Fi, own computer and smartphone- Availability: 10 am - 4 pm Monday - Friday with flexible hours outside of those times to manage social media and urgent requests- Strong self-starter who learns quicklyMINDSET AND CULTURE FITEntrepreneurial, proactive, solutions-oriented, eager to learn through hands-on execution; passionate about startups and ownership of projects; collaborative, flexible, and aligned with a modern, female-founded DTC brand.
