Hey there!

We are looking for a Content Marketing Manager who is passionate about lead acquisition through content, has strong multitasking skills, and has excellent attention to detail. You will be responsible for producing compelling copy for multiple channels, contributing to the lead generation strategy, and assisting with the day-to-day marketing tasks.
In this role, you will work with the Content Marketing Lead to ensure consistent improvements in lead generation from content marketing. You must have a solid understanding of what it takes to write highly-converting copy for the website, social media, and email marketing that adheres to the company’s tone of voice.
This role is full-time and fully remote. You must be available every working day between 9 am and 1 pm EST to be able to sync with the greater team in the Americas.

Responsibilities

Create high-quality, persuasive, and engaging content across multiple channels, including website copy, social media posts, email campaigns, whitepapers, case studies, and more.
Conduct thorough research and stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to inform content creation and identify content gaps.
Collaborate with the marketing and cross-functional teams to define target audience personas, content themes, and messaging strategies that resonate with our customers.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including product managers and subject matter experts, to gather insights and develop content that showcases our product's unique value proposition and addresses customer pain points.
Manage the creation of our bi-weekly newsletters, ensuring that they're engaging, up-to-date with the latest trends and industry news and events, while providing value to our readers.
Develop and execute the content strategy specifically for LinkedIn and Twitter, aligned with our overall marketing goals and brand voice and targeting B2B audiences.
Manage and maintain our LinkedIn and Twitter accounts, ensuring consistent and engaging brand presence across both platforms.
Coordinate the sponsorship outreach process, aiming to secure sponsorship placements per month.

Requirements

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft engaging copy and adapt the brand voice to different social media platforms
At least 1 year of proven experience with writing copy that drives conversions
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects on a daily basis
Native or near-native command of the English language is required
Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment
It will be a plus if:
Having a background in eCommerce/Digital Marketing is a huge plus.
Previous experience working in a startup;
