Greencore is a leading manufacturer & distributor of convenience foods. We are proud to supply a wide range of chilled, frozen and ambient foods to some of the most successful retail and food service customers in the UK. In this role, as a Commercial & Service Executive, your role will be to influence and support Commercial & Operational decisions by bringing data analysis and insight to proactively support the business.
This role will include:
- Supporting the Service & Account Managers in the day to day management of the customer accounts and delivery of sustained profitable growth
- Interpreting & analysing sales & service data to ensure business information is aligned (e.g. sales forecast)
- Continuously review business practices to make recommendations for changes which will enhance cost and operational efficiencies
- Managing new store & product launch programmes
- Creating, monitoring & driving improvement of internal & external service KPI reporting on a daily, weekly, monthly & annual basis
- Liaising with third parties to drive service improvement
- Supporting the implementation & continued improvement of Greencore’s internal service strategy
- Liaising and collaborating with key internal & external stakeholders
- Offering exemplary customer service & acting as the point of escalation of service issues
- Developing knowledge of internal & external systems & supporting areas of master data
