No. of position: 1Key responsibilities:- Design and develop website layouts, contributing creative input to a variety of digital projects.- Oversee the management and daily updates of all company websites to ensure content remains current and relevant.- Perform regular maintenance and enhancements to existing sites, addressing any technical issues as they arise.- Utilize scripting and authoring languages, management systems, content development tools, and digital media applications to support website functionality and user experience.- Edit, write, and design website content; coordinate and guide team members responsible for producing digital materials.- Assess user needs by conducting technical requirement analyses to inform website features and improvements.- Leverage social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, and WordPress to share information, foster engagement, and promote the organization’s website and initiatives. -FinalRequirements for Web Developer Position- Bachelor’s degree (or current enrolment) in Web Development, Computer Science, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.- Demonstrated web design expertise with a compelling portfolio showcasing completed projects.- Advanced proficiency in WordPress site management and content updates.- Strong ability to communicate, collaborate, and present creative concepts to enhance website design and functionality.- Proficient in using web development software, scripting languages, and digital content management tools.- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.- Capable of working independently with minimal supervision.- Collaborative team player committed to shared goals and project success.- Resilient and able to excel in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.- Solid understanding of programming languages and technical terminology relevant to web development.- Skilled at developing innovative ideas and processes, and expressing them clearly to stakeholders.- Proven problem-solving ability for complex technical challenges.Location:Toronto, ON, Canada (Hybrid)Weekly working hours: Flexible.We thank all applicants for their interest.
