The operations team at Shakudo is looking for an Operations Manager to play an integral role in continuing to expand the foundation of our fast-growing business. Shakudo has created the world’s first operating system for data and AI teams that offers unprecedented flexibility, ease of use and economic efficiency.

The operations team is responsible for every aspect of keeping the business running smoothly and enabling its scalable growth. From customer support to sales operations and everything in between, you’ll have an opportunity to be a part of highly impactful and critical initiatives that touch every aspect of the business. The ideal candidate is a problem solver who is excited to tackle the smallest tasks and the largest challenges.

What You'll Do

• Own critical customer operations processes and projects to ensure a best-in-class customer experience.
• Support customer growth through design and execution of sales enablement processes and materials.
• Perform data analysis to identify revenue and cost optimization opportunities and develop and execute initiatives to achieve them.
• Analyze operational and financial results and key performance metrics to support decision-making including creation of data visualizations and presentations
• Work directly with the leadership team on business critical initiatives.
• Prioritize and execute core and ad-hoc projects in support of strategic initiatives and to enable sound, data-driven business decisions.
• Jump into any area of the business that requires resourcing and problem solving.

Requirements

• Two years of experience in operations, analytics, management consulting or finance.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Exceptional analytical and communication skills.
• Bias for action and ownership mentality.
• Comfort with ambiguity and operating in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work full-time from our Toronto office.
• One to two years of startup experience at a venture backed B2B company.
